International Quantum & Exponential Technologies Colloquium – India 2026

The International Colloquium: The Global Quantum & Exponential Technologies Meet – India 2026 was organised by Calicut Innovation & Technology Initiative (CITI 2.0) in collaboration with University of Calicut, with the support of Malabar Chamber of Commerce, on January 19–20, 2026.

The two-day international programme brought together global experts in quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and emerging deep-tech domains, connecting international expertise with local academia, industry and startups. Sessions were held at the University of Calicut and UL CyberPark, focusing on global collaboration, research partnerships and emerging opportunities aligned with India’s National Quantum Mission.

The colloquium emphasised the need for professionals, students, researchers and industry stakeholders across disciplines to engage with quantum and advanced technologies. It facilitated dialogue on international research collaboration, curriculum modernisation, startup ecosystem development, global compliance frameworks and investment opportunities for the region. The event marked a significant step in positioning Kozhikode and North Kerala as emerging hubs for advanced and exponential technologies.
